About Team Snowtrax

The clubs aim is to develop snow sports abilities from grass roots through to national level competition and to offer a variety of development paths from competitive racing to freestyle and becoming an instructor.

To that end we are proud to be bringing through some of our top racers to the coaching staff. Team Snowtrax remains one of the most successful clubs in the region and this success is primarily down to the style of coaching within the club along with the support of the parents and volunteers on race days. All of this is achieved in a relaxed atmosphere with fun and enjoyment being the paramount goal.

There are five ability groups within the club. This is to ensure numbers at each session are controlled and members were receiving adequate amounts of slope time, but also to recognise the different needs of the younger racers from the expert racers.

The ability groups, or squads, are - Foundation and Development for the newer racers, Junior Performance for the more experienced younger racers Improvement and Performance for the quicker racers.
