The Club is a 100% voluntary, not-for-profit body founded in 1974 that manages the sSki Centre which is located in the beautiful Bathpool Park, Kidsgrove, Stoke-on-Trent. Whether you are going away for a ski holiday, want to give skiing a try or want to come back to the sport, we can help.
It is convenient for people in Staffordshire, Cheshire, Manchester, Shropshire, or Derbyshire who want lessons or recreational skiing. Whether you are going away for a ski holiday, have always wanted to give skiing a try or want to come back to the sport, we can help. We give basic lessons for beginners and improver or refresher lessons for experienced or returning skiers. Members can ski regularly to exercise and improve their skills in a friendly atmosphere. The minimum age is 5.

Ski Lessons - Midweek

We offer lessons from beginner level to advanced. Minimum age is 5. There is no need to be a member for beginner lessons but once beginners are "signed-off", they need to become club members to do recreational skiing and have more advanced lessons.
You must book in person or by telephone.
Recreational Skiing (Monday - Thursday)

Recreational skiing and snowboarding for members - included in membership.
Group Lesson (minimum 8 persons) by arrangement

90 minute Group lessons for e.g. Scouts, Cubs, Brownies, Guides, Cadets, Youth Clubs etc. or Adult groups. Minimum of 8 in a group.
Freestyle Friday

2 hours of Freestyle across both slopes (for members, including day members).
Recreational Skiing (Saturday)
