Collection of Personally Identifiable Information

There are circumstances where Snowsport England requests personally identifiable information so that we can provide you with services or get in touch with you at a later date such as with a competition or a site login.

In addition to this Snowsport England recognises that the special nature of its service imposes certain responsibilities in monitoring the discussions taking place on its site.

This information, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, type of request and other additional information, is collected and stored in accordance with the 1998 Data Protection Act.

Our site uses order forms for users to request information, products and services. We collect visitors' contact information (like their email address). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about us to our users. Snowsport England may use a third party organisation to fulfill these requests.
